Compression Moulding Shop :

This shop is equipped with the compression moulding machine of various capacities to cater to the moulding of various components. This shop basically caters to the requirements of the Electrical Division of of the unit.

• Presses from 50T to 1500T
• Can mould DMC(BMC), SMC and Bakelite
• Experience in compression moulding since 30+ years
• Cater to all electrical switch gear industry

Thermoset Injection Moulding

Thermoset Injection Moulding team has an experience of moulding component weight from 10 gram to 900 grams.

Total Number of Machines – 7 : Ranging from 130 T to 260T.

Good working relationship with IDI, BMC and local suppliers who we work closely for any technical queries / new developments / alternative materials.

Injection Plastic Moulding

Injection Moulding Shop :

This shop is equipped with the latest N.C Controlled Injection Moulding machines of various capacities.

Leotech is well equipped with adequate infrastructure of NC controlled Injection from 50T to 250T

This is managed by well skilled and technically qualified engineers and workers which a strong background of new manufacturing technologies . The division also is well equipped to absorb new manufacturing technologies and principles.
